In every city and every area we asked for new-project recommendations by price level (affordable, mid-range, premium and luxury) and by size (studio, 2, 3 or 4 rooms), and which developers build there. Separately, for every city and for the whole country, we asked a few general questions, for example about the best new developments or the developers people trust.

How we count
An answer counts for a developer when it names the developer or one of its projects.
Under “Both”, the share is the average of the two assistants.
Figures for all cities together are the average of the 7 cities, each with the same weight.
When the link between a project and a developer is not verified yet, the developer is marked “Attribution under review”; its share can change after the check.
Level with the other developers marked the same way. The gaps between them are too small to matter.
Limits
- People who are logged in or pay for a plan can get different answers.
- A single answer can change from one day to the next. That is why we repeat the measurement every month.

How stable the results are
A single answer says little, like a single person in a poll. That is why we ask every question at least twice and count thousands of answers.
On 19 October we asked the same 2,246 questions again. In between, ChatGPT had moved from the gpt-5-6 model to gpt-6. In all 7 cities, on both assistants, at least one of the 7 October leaders was still at the top. ChatGPT kept its single leader in all 5 cities where it had one. On Gemini, the gaps between the top developers are smaller, so ties at the top are more common.
