AI visibility: what ChatGPT and Gemini recommend

AI visibility shows which developers and projects ChatGPT and Gemini recommend when someone looks for a new home. On 7 October 2026 we asked them 2,246 buyer questions across 7 cities and 99 areas, and collected 10,048 answers.

For each city you can see:

• who comes up most often, across the city and area by area;
• which projects the assistants name, and their ratings on ChatGPT's map;
• which websites the answers rely on;
• what ChatGPT searches for before it answers.

167 developers and 137 projects have their own page, with their place in the city, the areas where they come up and how often their website is cited.

What the first answers show

• ChatGPT cites at least one developer website in 73% of answers. Gemini, in 28%.
• On questions about developers, ChatGPT names only the project, not the developer, in 26% of mentions. Gemini, in 42%.
• REDATA identifies no developer in 27% of Gemini's answers. ChatGPT: 8%.
• Only One United Properties and Elite Grup come up often in more than one city.

The most named are One United Properties in Bucharest, Elite Grup in Cluj-Napoca, Alber Holding in Timișoara, Sun Residence in Iași and Cosmopolit in Brașov. In Constanța, O.B.A. Different by Luxury, Solid House and Alezzi come up almost equally often. In Sibiu, nobody stands out.

Three times as many keywords in Search interest

The search dashboard now tracks 4,456 Google Ads keywords, up from about 1,500. Each one has its city (43 in all), its area, the type of home and the type of transaction. Google Ads reports search volume for almost 2,500 of them, and those make up the dashboard's numbers.

You can look, for example, only at searches for two-room flats for sale in Drumul Taberei, or for studios to rent in Cluj-Napoca.

• A new Transaction filter: sale, rent or information.
• No keyword is left without a city.
• The monthly trend and the seasonality now use the whole new set.
